Villars-sur-Ollon is a village in the western Swiss Vaud Alps. Trails include the Bretaye to Ollon route, with views of Lake Geneva, vineyards and the Leysin ski resort. A cable car from Col du Pillon ascends to Les Diablerets Massif, home to the Glacier 3000 mountain station, Peak Walk suspension bridge and Matterhorn views. To the south, Bex has a working salt mine and a narrow-gauge railway connecting it to Aigle.

PS: The president of the Tourist Office of Villars is Sergei Aschwanden, former world class judoka, bronze medalist at the Beijing Olympic Games and currently Director of the Sports Center.
