The European Union to ban plastic plates and cutlery starting in 2021:
Biotrem is a Polish company that develops biodegradable and edible wheat bran-based tableware. The process was invented by Mr. Jerzy Wysocki, whose family’s milling traditions date back to the beginning of the twentieth century.
